The recipe of crêpes: for 20 or 25 crêpes
1L. of milk,
1/2 kg of flour,
4 sponfuls of shugar,
6-8 eggs,
1/2 glass of rum or anise (it gives scent),
150 gr. ofbutter melted.
Mix the flour with the sugar. Add the eggs on by one. After tue rum. And at the finsh ad the butter melted. Mix all 2 or 5 minutes.
When the mass is finished let rest 5 minutes.
After you take a pan or a crepera( if it's a pan it's better is flat frying).
Warm up the pan and before do the crepes, when you poor the mass move the pan pair that expands. When the face is make give the return fot the other face. And when the other face is make the crêpe is make.
